Thursdays 1pm to 3:30pm, Russell Arena. No experience required, learn to play.

Sitting and standing exercises. Tuesday 9am to 10am.

Every second and forth Monday, 10am to 4pm. Including, wreath making, quilting, knitting, sewing.
Euchre
League Euchre, serious players only. Fridays 12:30pm to 3:30pm

Learn new tech skills in a friendly and supportive environment with our senior computer class! We can help you with your computer, tablet, or phone problems. It's never too late to start learning!
Nia Class
Nia Exercise is a fitness practice that combines dance, martial arts, and yoga, promoting body movement and mind-body connection. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, enhancing flexibility, strength, and relaxation through music and rhythm.


taichi
Tai chi is a gentle exercise with a series of consecutive moves that with regular practice has many benefits such as prevent falls, reduce arthritic pain, reduce back pain, improve sleep, boost the immune system and many others
walking club
Join us! We meet in front of the sports dome during warm weather and outside the sports dome during cold weather. We walk indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. There is no cost associated, and it starts at 10:30.
